Janet Baglien

Janet is new to promotions and OneHum. She has successfully made a career transition from the mortgage industry thanks to Tej and Pratt! With a background in Sociology, Janet brings a unique perspective to her role as a project coordinator, helping to ensure the timely completion of projects with a focus on the MCX line. Janet earned a basketball scholarship at Minnesota State University, where she not only excelled on the court but also developed valuable teamwork and communication skills. Her experience in Sociology has provided her with a deep understanding of human behavior and social dynamics, which she applies to foster effective collaboration and coordination within project teams. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the great outdoors through activities like hiking, boating and motorcycling. She is also an avid traveler and loves discovering new cities with local breweries and experiencing the unique local culture.
