As a member of the Promotional Products Association International (PPAI), OneHum has adopted the PPAI Code of Conduct. We apply these standards within our own operations and require them of the manufacturers, decorators, and suppliers who produce and handle products on our behalf. Our approach rests on three commitments.
We require our suppliers to meet the federal, state, and applicable international regulatory and safety standards that govern the products they make for us. For jobsite and safety apparel, that includes conformance with the relevant ANSI/ISEA, NFPA, and OSHA standards, so the gear your teams depend on performs the way it should. We also require safe, secure, and hygienic working conditions throughout the facilities that produce for us.
Every product we deliver is held to our clients' brand standards. We manage color, logo, and usage compliance across production, and we review proofs and physical samples before anything moves to a full run. We hold suppliers to consistent quality and product-safety requirements, and we protect the confidentiality of the brand assets our clients entrust to us, so your brand shows up the way you intend, every time.
We require our suppliers to operate under fair labor practices in every location where they produce goods for us. That means no forced labor, child labor, or human trafficking, the humane and non-discriminatory treatment of workers, and compliance with applicable wage, working-hour, and environmental laws. We hold ourselves and our partners to these standards, and we work to reduce the environmental impact of the products and processes in our supply chain.
If you have a concern about a potential violation of our standards, contact us at compliance@onehum.com. Reports made in good faith will be handled without retaliation.
